Founder & CEO

Nilufer Erdebil

Nilufer Erdebil is an award-winning design thinking and innovation expert and a TEDx and TEC speaker. For over twenty years she has been a catalyst for innovation. She has worked extensively with public and private sector organizations to drive strategy, facilitate change and introduce new products and services. Her experience working within different fields including telecommunications, application development, program management and IT management give her a deep understanding of the business challenges today’s organizations are faced with.

Nilufer has always had a passion for bridging the gap between business and technology. Having worked with several international organizations from both the public and private sector, and lived on three continents, she has a global mindset and a unique perspective on navigating change. Early in her career she understood that it was the special mix of environment, people, partners, and insight that make innovation possible.

Nilufer is a 2014 recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal Forty Under 40 Award and a 2016 recipient of the WCT Leadership Award from Women in Communications and Technology.  She is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Queen’s University.

Director, Communications

Jessica Perreault

Jessica is our Director of Communications and works across the organization to drive business strategy and growth. She is a leader in content development, strategic communications, and marketing and has worked with some of Canada’s top public-sector focused brands giving her a deep understanding of how to facilitate essential conversations, both in-person and online. Jessica is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and two dogs.

Olivia Bechthold

Olivia is a public relations practitioner, engagement expert and event management enthusiast. Over the past seven years she has developed, implemented, analyzed, and managed numerous digital communications strategies and events for publications and organizations in the public and private sector, including government bodies, crown corporations, start-ups, post-secondary institutions, not-for-profits and NGOs. Olivia’s recent experience is primarily focused on community building, crowdsourcing, and action-based engagement, providing her with a fresh perspective on comprehensive communications and design thinking.  Olivia holds a BA from the University of Guelph, and an honours diploma in Public Relations from Algonquin College.

Sylvie Plante

Sylvie Plante, MA, designs and facilitates learning experiences for working professionals as Associate Faculty in the RRU School of Business and as leader of Sylvie Plante Enterprise Channeling inc., based in Ottawa. As Doctor of Social Sciences candidate with RRU, Sylvie is currently researching innovation and the use of relationships in social networks to facilitate collaboration in partnership settings. She continues to consult and co-create strategies and solutions with clients across all sectors to support organizational development, effectiveness and wellbeing.




Manager, Marketing

Bailey D’Angelo

Bailey is our Marketing Manager who focuses on the details, with experience in content, website management and analytics. She loves flexing her creative muscles designing collateral, sales tools and email marketing strategies, as well as prospecting for potential opportunities to collaborate and develop partnerships. Bailey also has experience with large- and small-scale event planning and execution through her 2+ years experience working for non-profits and local organizations.

Manager, Engagement

Olivia Parsons

Olivia is all about connecting! Connecting online through meaningful interactions on social media, connecting with people to better understand the human side of any business or product, and connecting points of information to provide a clear and relevant message.

After graduating from the Algonquin College Business-Marketing Program, Olivia started managing the digital presence for local companies, including a large Canadian non-profit. She is fascinated with online culture and requires a daily dose of animal memes.

Jessica Schultz

Jessica Schultz graduated with honours from Carleton University’s Communication and Media Studies BA program. Jessica’s prior experience involved planning, marketing, and coordinating the logistics for several educational events about foresight and design thinking in the public service. Not only is Jess an intrepid world traveler with an endless well of curiosity and the ability to solve problems on the fly, she can also build the best campfires you’ve ever seen.
