Kim Ennis is a service transformation catalyst helping organizations and teams leverage the power of engaged staff and design thinking/service design to transform the client experience of any service delivery – digital or otherwise. She draws upon over 31 years of municipal public service experience from front-line to service design and management roles. As a facilitator, trainer, and consultant, Kim is focused on helping teams to solve specific client service or process problems, or to foster a culture of innovation, improvement and client-centricity. Kim is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a certified Design Thinker (Spring2 Innovation, Ottawa).

France accompanies organizations, teams, and individuals in continuously managing complexity to strengthen performance. France facilitates change through values-based, wellbeing, and design thinking principles. She leads design thinking workshops to enable effective and innovative business and technical solutions. A firm believer in collaboration, she considers her work both a science and an art. France served Canada’s public sector clients for over 25 years. She is fully bilingual (French/English) and certified in Organizational Change Management (Prosci Canada), Project Management (PMI), and Design Thinking (Spring2 Innovation).

A Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Stephen is recognized for his skills in facilitation and people change management.  Bilingual, Stephen has worked effectively with his clients applying co-creation and collaborative design techniques with his clients to envision and implement change.  Stephen is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified Change Management Practitioner who brings a lens from both private and public sector experiences to his involvement.

Osa has been assisting diverse teams in planning and implementing various innovative projects to both private and public sectors, as well as not-for-profit organizations. She provides both synchronous instruction and asynchronous support as a Technical Facilitator for design thinking workshops at Spring2 Innovation. Osa is passionate about learning and applying design thinking to boost creativity and promote innovation. She is a big fan of basketball and also enjoys playing badminton with friends.
